I sincerely apologize for reaching out like this, but I'm asking for your kindness and consideration.
I have completed my project, and only the final couple of submission steps remain. I spent countless hours building it and genuinely gave it everything I had. When I realized I couldn't finish the submission in time, I was devastated. I literally cried because of how much this project means to me.
I'm not asking for special treatment—only a chance to complete what is already finished. If you could allow me just a few extra minutes to finalize the submission, I would be incredibly grateful.
I truly believe this project has the potential to make a positive impact, and I would love the opportunity to have it evaluated on its merits. Even if the answer is no, I sincerely appreciate your time and consideration.

Extending is unfair for others as per the rules, the hackathon was already a month long and still you could not submit means you have not prioritize your time for the submission.

we understand that extending the time may be unfair to others, and we are sorry for asking at the last moment.We have put a lot of effort into this hackathon for the past month. For some people,this is the first time doing a Devpost submission, we made mistakes in managing the final submission process. It would be very painful to lose all our work because of just a few minutes.We kindly request you to please consider giving us this one chance. We will make sure to submit immediately and will not repeat this mistake again.
