Can I continue building my submission with other coding tools after running out of v0 credits?

Hey,
I used all of my v0 credits, the $30 given credits plus the 5 monthly credits, but there are still more features and functions I want to add to my app. Am I allowed to continue building my submission using other coding tools, or does everything need to be built within v0?
