New & Existing rule: is a pre-existing project eligible if the AWS Database + Vercel integration is built during the submission window?

Hello Dear Admins,
Confirming I'm reading the New & Existing rule correctly. If a project existed before the submission period, and during the submission window I build the required AWS Database and Vercel integration as new work (with in-window commits as evidence), is that eligible? Want to be sure before I start building. Thanks.

  Hi there,

  Yes, you're reading it correctly! The rules state that existing projects "must have used the AWS Databases and Vercel integration after the start of the Hackathon Submission Period" and that you should "explain how their Project was significantly updated during the Submission Period." - Make sure you do this in the submission question asking for your updates so it's clear to the judges. So building the AWS + Vercel integration as new work during the window is exactly what's required. Good luck!
