Hi there,
While there is no specification in the rules, H0 is specifically built around Vercel, and the rules require that all projects "deploy their front end on Vercel or v0.app" — so your project needs to be a web app that lives on Vercel, rather than a native mobile app you'd download from an app store.
The good news: nothing stops you from building something that looks and feels totally mobile-optimized! A responsive web app or PWA deployed on Vercel absolutely qualifies. You'll just need to make sure you're hitting all the submission requirements: one of the three AWS databases on the back end, a Vercel deployment with a real Team ID, and the Storage Configuration screenshot the submission form asks for.
