Great news — the official rules don't set a cap on team size, so technically you could assemble the entire cast of a heist movie if you wanted.
That said, from experience: smaller teams tend to ship faster and fight over the keyboard less. Four to five people is usually the sweet spot where everyone has a real role and nobody's just... watching.
If you're looking for teammates, you've got two good options:
Participants tab — filter by skills to find folks who complement what you bring.
Discord — drop a note in the #h0-team-building channel and tell people what you're working on and what you're looking for. Someone out there is probably looking for you, too.
