About the IDEa of my Project.

I want to build something while using web2 and web3 (solana ecosytem on chain and off-chain.
I am building a hybrid B2B platform that coordinates multi-signature vaults by bridging on-chain Program Derived Addresses (PDAs) with off-chain data.
I require AWS credits to provision Amazon Aurora PostgreSQL, which will reliably store human-readable proposal metadata, internal comments, and approval workflows.
I will leverage v0 credits to rapidly scaffold and deploy a Next.js frontend where users can manage these proposals before executing the final signatures.
This project demonstrates how enterprise-grade AWS databases solve the real-world UX problem of storing rich metadata that is too expensive to keep directly on the blockchain ledger.
