    Per the rules and the request form, credit requests are processed every 3 business days. You will receive a decline or credits, not any feedback. Please be sure to read the questions carefully and completely respond to each. Missing items will result in a decline. Good luck with your project!

    I received the credits for AWS and it is working, but I cannot see the credits for v0.app - would they have been sent in a separate email or automatically applied in vercel?

    I received the AWS email with it being activated but the Vercel v0 code was not in that email and I cannot see it in any other email from DevPost either. I've sent a message in Discord so hopefully I hear back.

    Hi Luke,

    I'm not sure what you mean about an ativation email for AWS. The Credit Requests are sent directly from a @devpost.com email address. Please wait three business days for a reply and be sure to check your SPAM and perhaps even trash folder that you did not accidentally delete a reply. Both codes are in one email, however, some people received a separate email with a new v0 code only if they had initially been sent a code that accidentally expired before the promised date. You will get an email whether your request was accepted or declined. Good luck!

    Hi,

    I accidentally filled the AWS credits form with an email address associated with a closed AWS account. I have created a new AWS account with a different email address.

    Can I fill out the form again using the new email address to receive the credits?

    the AWS Credit is a code you get then you can redeem it on your AWS console aws.amazon.com/awscredits/ "it can be any AWS active account you have" so your code will reach to the email you used in the form
